Does nature music help any of you sleep?

I'm in some need of some nature music or just music in general that will help me sleep. I have been having some issues getting my mind off of certain aspects of my life so I kind of need to escape from them if you know what I mean.

I listen to a lot of slow music before I go to sleep and while I'm trying to fall asleep. It helps take my mind off of things and I have been having a lot of issues with my family and drug related. You don't have to feel weird listening to this stuff to take your mind off things. It really helps and I would advise it.

What goes on is the human mind just doesn't want to shut down and it sometimes becomes a problem for some of us. It kind of sucks but we each have to find ways to cope with each of our daily issues.

I would suggest ocean Sounds because that's why I go for and I really have had amazing luck with the turn out. There is just something about the sound of waves that really calms a person down. Yet it out and get back to me on how it works!

Is nature music considered Downtempo?

I'm wondering if nature music is considered as ambient or Downtempo music. It has a Super calm beat to it and some of it is even so call that you can barely even hear the music.

What style would you consider nature music to be or the sounds of nature if you know what I'm talking about. Who knows maybe it's not even a style of music and it's just called nature music I have no idea. I was just can wondering so I can go find some of the stuff because I'm having trouble sleeping in the stuff picks me to sleep like a baby.

Downtempo band called "Air" has cool songs

This band that plays ambient music that goes by the name air is pretty cool actually. I didn't really think I would get into ambient music but I guess it's actually pretty cool chill out too.

I'm not sure why I even started listening to ambient music but I'm thinking it was because I was trying to calm down before I was going to sleep one night. I came across this band by the name of the air.

They were super soothing but yet started out with kind of down tempo break beat style that I can't even really describe. A lot of their music videos start out pretty weird and and up being super cool.

Anyhow I was just sharing that I found this band or artist I'm not even sure what it is but I like their music. I'm going to be searching for other stuff pretty soon and see if I can find some other tracks on the Internet somewhere.

I'm not really a person to go out and buy music anymore when you can just stream it for live on your phone or something so that's basically what I do all the time. I usually go to YouTube oral sound cloud and just play it off some Wi-Fi for my phone.

What is Downtempo Music? What style or genre is it?

I was searching for the type of music called Downtempo. I was looking at different types of electronic music and this came up and I no idea what it was so I have now started a new search on what it is.

I have come up with a derivative forms of it like trip hop but I still don't even know what that means. I have also figured out that the origins of it are come from ambient music. What the heck is ambient music either?

Downtempo music I found out is also referred to his chill out music and somewhat of music with the beat that calms you down somewhat. It's very easy to get caught up in all the music that jumps up all the juice in your body but find the complete opposite is also important to listen to at times.

Sometimes I listen to this type of music before I go to bed and sometimes and I need to chill out and just come down for my anxiety from daily living. I get it Zaidi and the downbeat music pretty much brings down my temple just like what it's called.

I'm glad I went searching for Downtempo music because I've become a fan and bought some tracks online and just jam on midnight and stuff.
