I have come up with a derivative forms of it like trip hop but I still don't even know what that means. I have also figured out that the origins of it are come from ambient music. What the heck is ambient music either?

Downtempo music I found out is also referred to his chill out music and somewhat of music with the beat that calms you down somewhat. It's very easy to get caught up in all the music that jumps up all the juice in your body but find the complete opposite is also important to listen to at times.
Sometimes I listen to this type of music before I go to bed and sometimes and I need to chill out and just come down for my anxiety from daily living. I get it Zaidi and the downbeat music pretty much brings down my temple just like what it's called.
I'm glad I went searching for Downtempo music because I've become a fan and bought some tracks online and just jam on midnight and stuff.
